Only 400??

WTF!!! These Scangroup guys only allocated me 400 measly shares after keeping my chumes for 3 weeks!
Now 400 shares at 10.45 is Kshs 4180. I will sell them today at 20( am sure they will hit that high) and make 3820/= but they are still holding my 96k refund cheque.
